God, this looks good. I can’t wait for April 17 (it’s premiere on BBC America).

The BBC released a new promotional pic featuring the 11th Doctor, Matt Smith and new companion Amy Pond. Take a look at this and tell me you’re not excited for this thing to finally air.

This is pretty damn cool, except for the big hole in the middle. If you’d add some tie fighters to the mix, though, you and your friends would have hours of fun! (from Gizmodo)

It’s not the full thing, it doesn’t fly on anti-gravity engines, and it doesn’t include lots of wookie hair, but I definitely like this 11 by 8-inch Millennium Falcon released at Toy Fair. Why? Because the damn thing FLIES.

The remote-controlled Falcon comes with a charging controller, all for $50.

In addition to the David Tennant marathon going on as I write this, the BBC released 2 teaser trailers for the upcoming season of Dr. Who starring Matt Smith. The second one is the one that should truly thrill Who fans everywhere.

The season begins this spring. Let the geekgasms begin!
