The BBC released a new promotional pic featuring the 11th Doctor, Matt Smith and new companion Amy Pond. Take a look at this and tell me you’re not excited for this thing to finally air.

It’s not the full thing, it doesn’t fly on anti-gravity engines, and it doesn’t include lots of wookie hair, but I definitely like this 11 by 8-inch Millennium Falcon released at Toy Fair. Why? Because the damn thing FLIES.
The remote-controlled Falcon comes with a charging controller, all for $50.
Because they are creative as all hell. Take for example Star Wars: Reign of the Fallen. Never heard of it? It’s a Star Wars fanfilm directed and written by David McLeavy, and originally released in March 2006. The nearly hour-long plot goes like this:
In the times since great wars laid waste to Prias, its people have learned to embrace a simple life, away from the perils of technology and war. That’s real cute and all that you’re happy to be working at a Microsoft store, but 1) this looks completely staged and 2) Your attempts at cloning the look of another computer company’s idea of a consumer-friendly retail chain are just sad. Would it kill you to be original?
